Indonesian Visa from Kuwait

 I thought I would list the requirements for an Indonesian Tourist Visa from Kuwait.

Cost of e-visa ( Visa on Arrival): 10.670 KD.( approximately)

                                                             (for Indian national)

You can just follow the instructions from the proper website:

https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/


It takes basically 10 minutes. You need to follow the instructions and anything that needs to be uploaded, be it a photograph/passport copy or other details, needs to be in PDF form.

Then you make the payment and you get the visa in 3-5 minutes. Take the printout of this visa and when you pass before immigration, you show the run the bar code on the scanner of the electronic gate and whizz pass it. No long lines, nothing.


For Pakistani nationals, you have to visit the embassy with all the requirements.

The travel Insurance will cost you 6.5kd -  12kd depending on the kind of coverage you actually want.

You get visa application forms at the consular section or you can simply email the embassy to send you one. Which is how I got mine. if you are a couple or family, either of the parent or couple can go and submit.

Make sure the signatures of the applicants are in place before you go.

Pakistani national visa fee: 42KD.

They need 3 working days and you need to deposit your passport and the visa will be stamped. You submit in the morning hours but visa collection is only in the evenings

The staff is polite and very helpful. They guide you and keep things easy for you. So no worries there.


Please take all your documents and passport pictures. Better to have coloured copies of all documents. They didn't say so but I just watched a couple of YouTube videos and decided to do so.

Carry gum to stick your pictures and at least 2 copies of all documents.

I had been wanting to write on this topic for quite some time but now with constant bombardment of doctor shows and health shows regarding this topic,I think it has to be finally written.
